Constipation and Its Causes

Constipation might be a common problem that people think as a common one and it makes constipation a topic that people less talked about. Constipation can be described as a disorder or incomplete process on the bowel movement. Most of us think that it will not be a problem, but actually it can be dangerous for the body because the toxin that should be removed is staying in the body and of course, it can cause illness or body part malfunction. Constipation can occur to anyone from children to seniors. From the effect mentioned before, we know now that constipation is not a small thing that we can neglect. 

There are some causes of constipation. 
- Diet with low fiber method. Fiber is very beneficial for our body. It is able to absorb and carry the toxin out of our body through fesses, so if we have low fiber intake, it means we are eliminating the helpful tool to remove toxins and useless elements in our body.
- Low fluid intake. Today’s people prefer to consume various drinks like coffee, soda, tea, and many others, but consume limited glasses of water. Coffee and soda might be made from water, but actually it will make our body in a severe dehydration condition. With little water intake, the removal process of bowel becomes so difficult. 
- Another cause of constipation is the weak muscle of abs. Even though we consume enough veggies and water, but if the muscle is weak, we will not be able to push the bowel and remove it from our body. 
- Junk food is one of the most common constipation causes. Junks food contents are not easy to be absorbed by the body, but it is unable to work like fiber as well. As the result, it will be a useless substance that can transform into a toxin in the body.
- We are suggested to chew our meal at least 32 times per spoon. With the perfect chewing, our body does not have to do a hard work to produce enzyme and we can help our body to remove the entire toxin away without any difficulty.
- Some diseases are able to cause constipation as well like colitis, liver, diabetes, tumor, and many others.
- In some cases, coffee is able to help us with our constipation problem. However, if it is taken too much and not balanced with enough water, it will only become the cause of constipation
