Delaying Memory Loss with Coffee

People often started to have a memory loss when they are about 60 years old. Of course, if we could, all of us wanted to delay the memory loss syndrome, but does it possible? Based on a research on 2007 from INSERM, we are able to increase our memory and keep our good memory until we are more than 65 years old if we are drinking three cups of coffee in a day.

The research was done in both men and women, and one result that we can get is the usage of coffee for memory maintenance and increasing is only effective in women. It is because women are more sensitive to coffee than men. For us who often drink coffee as our routine activity, we will see the study as a logical thing because we can feel that coffee is giving a support for our concentration and memory that make us able to be more creative, focus, and have a good memory. Therefore, it becomes so logical if we are making coffee consumption as our daily habit, we will get a better memory quality when we are older.

Coffee is proven to be a prevention solution for physical chronic diseases, but until nowadays, there is no evidence that coffee can be a treatment for high leveled psychological disease like dementia. A research is in the progress, but it is very possible that in the future we find coffee as a solution for dementia as well.
